As the founder of OfficeMate Software Solutions, I have witnessed several events during the past 25 years that have considerably strengthened OfficeMate’s position in the marketplace. Our acquisition by Marchon in 1994 brought us major brand recognition and working capital that facilitated OfficeMate’s current phase of software development and growth. However, no event in our history can parallel today’s announcement.
