ExamWRITER: "Since moving to ExamWRITER from paper files, our documentation has greatly improved. My office was the first in a multilocation practice to implement ExamWRITER as our EMR solution. One of the biggest, and unexpected benefits to our office, is the perception patients have of our practice when they see that we are entering their exams on our computers. We have always prided ourselves on keeping up to speed with technology, but the patients have been very impressed by our storing their records electronically, and this in turn, enhances their perception of the level of service they have received." - Benjamin Lee, O.D., Raleigh, NC
